Account deletion

Last updated 4 November 2026. This page explains how to ask HPCS SDN BHD to delete a Masjidku account.

How to request it

1. Open Masjidku and sign in.
2. Go to your profile and open account deletion.
3. Read the warning and confirm.

The request is processed after you confirm. You are signed out and returned to the login screen. Deletion cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Profile details such as name, email, and phone number
• Identification details you saved on the account
• Activity tied to that account, and saved account settings

What may be kept

Some records can remain where the law or accounting requires them:

• Transaction records kept for legal compliance
• Financial records kept for accounting
• Security logs kept to prevent fraud

Timing

Deletion starts as soon as you confirm in the app. After it finishes, the account and the data listed above cannot be restored.
